The Large Spit Rotisserie is a portable rotisserie cooking system with adjustable spikes for cooking joints of meat for the enthusiastic chef.

SPECIFICATION
Made from 8mm twisted square bar and oil quenched finished.
• The legs are 65cm long. Now has 2 lower settings to lower the top bar.
• Top bar is 85cm long which can lock into 4 positions so you can cook evenly on 4 sides.
• 4 adjustable spikes
• Additional spikes can be purchased from the shop for cooking additional joints.
• 40cm cooking capacity can hold approximately 5kg.
• It weighs 1.5kg
CARING FOR YOUR ITEM
Please take care when opening your item as it may still be slightly oily due to the quenching process. Before first use, your product will need a thorough wipe down and to burn off any excess remnants. At the end of each use, give a general wipe down and apply cooking oil before storing in a dry place to help avoid rusting.
