How long will my order take to make?
All orders are hand made to order by Trevor and will take approximately 5-7 working days to make and ship out from the date we receive the order. This can be longer during busy periods, for multiple item orders and particularly in the lead up to Christmas.
How much is shipping?
All shipping prices vary depending on the country you want the items shipped to. We have a lot of countries already listed on the website but if yours is not there, please let us know and we will look for the best prices and update straight away.
We are not able to ship to PO Box addresses as the courier systems will not allow us to add in PO Box addresses.
Will I have to pay custom fees and how much are they?
Shipping to any country outside of the UK will incur customs fees and are the customer's responsibility. These are not something that we control or have any control over and we are completely dependent on the country's policies for international shipping.
Most countries will ask for this payment through the couriers before delivery of the item although some will ask for this before they will be released from customs. Either way you will be contacted via email or text message about these payments.
Can I order multiple items?
Yes you can order multiple items. Once you have placed the items into your basket our website will calculate the postage based on the size and weight of the combined items.
Some items have to be shipped individually due to the size and to prevent damage. These are the tripod and the large spit roast.
What is the difference between mild steel version and the stainless steel version?
There is no difference in the weight of the items. The only difference is that with the mild steel you have to wipe down after each use and store in a dry place to help prevent rusting whereas the stainless steel version can be left out.
Can I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase or the item is damaged, please contact us in the first instance. Items can be returned up to 30 days from receiving it and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for and arrange for any return labels and costs that come with returning the item.

What are the weight and dimensions of the products?
Items come with a description with weights and dimensions on and what is included in each item. We do state approx. with everything because everything is handmade and, although Trevor uses a JIG to ensure they are all the same, handmade items will naturally have slight variations.
